Blue Healing Journeys invites you to join our Paint to Heal Program, a two-part series designed specifically for individuals navigating the profound grief of losing a loved one to suicide.
Our program offers a warm, caring, and friendly environment where participants—whether their loss occurred 3 months ago or 30+ years ago—can connect, share experiences, and form lasting bonds.
Program Structure & Agenda
Each Saturday session combines structured grief support with hands-on expressive art therapy, facilitated by experts in the field. Absolutely no art experience is required—this program is about engaging in something new within a highly supportive setting.
TIME: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM (Light breakfast provided)

Workshop
9:00 AM – 10:15 AM
Support Group Workshop: Guided discussion led by an AFSP Certified Facilitator to foster community and shared understanding.
10:20 AM – 11:30 AM
Expressive Art Therapy Workshop: Creative session led by Certified Art Therapists, using various modalities for emotional expression.
ART MODALITIES WILL VARY: Sessions will include hands-on projects like Acrylic Painting on Canvas, Clay/Pottery, and Printmaking.
